Since 1990 Oasis Air has strived to provide reliable service and dependable products.
Meeting our customers needs and expectations is our number one priority before, during, and after all services rendered. With a team of knowledgeable and hard working technicians we take each project seriously and as if it were going into our own home.
"The tradition Charles Bryant started more than a century ago is about more than heating and cooling. It’s about earning the trust of customers across the country by taking care of
their indoor comfort needs.
Our family of hard-working products includes a wide range from furnaces to air conditioners and everything in between. And those products are unmatched when it comes to quality, durability and reliability. In fact, from our early gas-fired boilers to today’s home comfort technology, our standards have remained the same: dependable, hard-working comfort.
Value for homeowners has always been a driving force behind Bryant designs and technology. From the development of the 80% efficiency boiler to adapting to the ever-changing market by offering smart technology and more, Bryant has a history of being committed to providing a wide range of products that meet homeowner needs and exceed expectations.
For over a century, Bryant has been developing and delivering reliable products, 100% run-tested before leaving the factory, to be installed right, by a qualified, experienced Bryant dealer who is dedicated to customer satisfaction, Whatever It Takes.
Since 1904, we have been building on the foundation of quality and reliability that Charles Bryant founded Bryant Heating & Cooling on. We strive to go above and beyond, both in the lab and in the home, to bring you the customized home comfort solutions you deserve. To us, it’s not just about heating and cooling, but providing products you can rely on and service you can trust.
Bryant. Whatever It Takes®."

VRF Indoor Units: No matter how upscale the tenant or how complex the space design, Bryant VRF indoor units blend in perfectly. In fact, they’re so unintrusive, you may even forget they’re there. Since this is the most visible part of your high-efficiency VRF system, we make sure you have the options you need to get the look you want.
VRF Outdoor Units: It’s astounding that such clean, unimposing units can contain so much. Bryant VRF outdoor units house two inverter-driven compressors that produce a smooth, quiet and durable operation, decreased compressor losses and deliver a higher efficiency performance. This is for both heat pump and heat recovery.
VRF Controls and Accessories: Bryant VRF Systems make it easier than ever to heat and cool the spaces that need it. Each 2-pipe heat recovery multi-port distribution control can connect up to 16 different indoor units, and you can connect two sub multi-port distribution controllers to the main one. That means you have greater piping flexibility with longer pipe runs. You can even run your entire VRF system from one centralized controller with the ability to monitor it remotely.
Bryant® Ductless Systems are a flexible solution for your home’s heating or cooling needs. Perfect for room additions or anywhere ductwork is a challenge, they offer single and multi-zone styles that can be installed high on the wall, in the ceiling, or near the floor.
The Bryant® Evolution® System heat pump offers Bryant’s highest efficiency performance and most comfort options, and the Preferred™ Series and Legacy™ Line products provide economical comfort. Plus, you can add a Bryant gas furnace and enjoy Hybrid Heat® efficiency to save even more.
The Hi-Velocity System is an energy efficient air delivery system that can be designed to provide heating, cooling, filtration, ventilation, humidification and dehumidification. The Hi-Velocity SDHV (Small Duct High Velocity) System works on the principle of pressure rather than air velocity. It is quite different than a conventional furnace, the main difference being that the supply duct work is all "small diameter" or "mini duct". This makes it very easy to install inside existing walls with minimal remodelling. The flex duct fits inside a typical framed wall without having to disturb the drywall. Our fan coil is modular and fits easily in mechanical rooms, closets, attics, crawlspaces, anywhere! The small footprint makes it the right choice for both new construction and retrofits.
We are legally obligated to pull permits for not only custom build installations, but change outs as well. Regardless of a unit being replaced with the exact same model, a permit is always required. While some customers don’t like the added cost and time needed to pull permits, what isn’t realized is it’s beneficial to pull permits. By pulling permits you are assuring your HVAC contractor is in fact licensed, that the job meets code, your air conditioning and heating unit is running efficiently, and it meets HERS (home energy rating systems) requirements. It is also beneficial when selling or buying a home. Being able to see that permits were pulled means the house and any renovations were done to code by a licensed HVAC contractor. Other factors come into play, when caught having work done without a permit you put yourself at as risk as well. You can/will be fined and can also lose your home owners insurance if the provider finds you are having work done on the property without a permit. Cities will often have officials driving neighborhoods or job sites to check permit status and make sure work is being operated under one.
While we are confident in our work, and we are licensed to do so, we want to continue to provide our services! In the event we installed a system without permits, we would put our contractor's license in jeopardy of being banned. While we understand the urgency of wanting your system replaced or installed, and want to get all necessary documents in a timely manner, we will always pull permits. We love what we do and want to continue doing it down the road!
Should you have any questions regarding the permit pulling process, please give us a call!
